Whether you are a guest, creating a report, or require remote communication, WeSpace can provide a flexible meeting space. 6 and 8-person conference room equipped with 42-inch and 55-inch LED HD TV, providing reception team, free wireless Internet, complimentary tea, conference calls, projectors, whiteboard, video conferencing and more. Also, the second floor offers event spaces with different sizes and multi-purpose, where can accommodate up to 100 people and also can be used for various commercial or art events, such as conference, exhibition rooms, training, lectures, small cinemas and other exchange purposes.

Soundproof room / Rehearsal room

In addition to providing the conference room in multiple sizes, the whole floor, named as WESPACE PLUS, where offers activities spaces with different sizes and multi-purposes, which can be used for different business or art events, such as meetings, rehearsal rooms – dancing / Yoga / drama, small cinemas and other exchange purposes, flexible rental, charges by time periods. There are also two Acoustic Rooms on the same floor, and soundproofing is excellent. Multi-Function Room can provide excellent performance for the performers and venues; it can also be used for other exhibitions and training activities

Multi-Function Room Located on the second floor of WeSpace PLUS, where can accommodate up to 100 people, suitable for I. T sector, the financial sector, the insurance industry and other persons, to provide training or lectures, also for holding a press conference. Equipped with 110-inch 3CD Interactive Projector multi-purpose smart conference room, installed 7.2 audio equipment, whiteboard, and other facilities, where can hold Multi-person synchronize video meeting and live voting and other interactive effects with the mobile phone application.

"WeSpace provides me with a clean and comfortable space to work and the boss and staff are all very friendly. It's right in between Kowloon Bay and Ngau Tau Kok station so it's quite convenient. Finding the main door was quite hard the first time (due to renovations) but now, it's more open. If there were only more people in the industry that knew about this place, the better, but since it hasn't launched yet, working in silence might not be a bad thing."
